Payroll Manager

This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in payroll management, accounting software, and human resources systems to support our organization’s growth and success. **Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end payroll processing using platforms such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, or UltiPro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness * Reconcile payroll data through account reconciliation procedures and double entry bookkeeping to maintain data integrity * Oversee benefits administration related to payroll, including deductions, tax withholdings, and compliance with governmental regulations * Maintain detailed records of journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and debits \& credits within financial software systems like QuickBooks or PeopleSoft * Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure proper classification of employee compensation and adherence to corporate accounting standards * Conduct analysis of payroll reports to identify discrepancies or errors and implement corrective actions promptly * Support audits by preparing documentation related to payroll transactions, tax filings, and benefits administration **Qualifications** * Proven experience managing payroll functions with familiarity in platforms such as Workday, Kronos, Ceridian, or similar HRIS systems * Strong knowledge of payroll management principles combined with a solid understanding of accounting concepts including general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliation * Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or equivalent financial tools is essential * Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently in high\-volume environments * Knowledge of tax regulations related to payroll processing and benefits administration * Excellent analysis skills for reviewing financial data and identifying discrepancies or issues * Experience working within corporate or governmental accounting frameworks is preferred * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Join us as a Payroll Manager and become a key driver in delivering seamless payroll operations that support our team’s success.
