Asset Management Analyst

This is a remote position.Asset Management AnalystOverviewWe are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the tracking, analysis, and optimization of assets across systems and client environments. This role will leverage data and analytics to provide insights into asset performance, utilization, and lifecycle management, supporting solutions built on AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of asset or portfolio management concepts, with the ability to work in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage asset data across systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistencyAnalyze asset performance, utilization, and trends to support business and operational decisionsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BIValidate and reconcile data across data pipelines, reporting tools, and CRM systems (DealCloud)Support asset lifecycle management, including onboarding, tracking, and reportingIdentify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data insightsAssist with forecasting, planning, and performance analysis related to asset portfoliosCollaborate with operations, finance, and technology teams to align data insights with business needsEnsure adherence to data governance and reporting standardsSupport AI-driven initiatives by preparing and validating asset-related datasets RequirementsRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in asset management, financial analysis, operations analysis, or data analyst rolesStrong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reportingProficiency in Excel and/or SQL for data analysisExperience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BIStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to translate data into actionable insightsKey Traits for SuccessStrong attention to detail and data integrityAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilitiesAbility to connect data insights to business outcomesCollaborative and able to work across teamsAdaptable in a technology-driven environment Originally posted on Himalayas
