Focus on continuous improvement—we love to embrace better processes and technologyWhat You’ll DoYear-RoundCollaborate with the tax team and accounting team to deliver high-quality tax services to our dental practice clients
Communicate directly with clients to collect missing information, answer questions, and maintain strong relationships
Organize, analyze, and compile client data to support accurate, efficient tax preparation
Proactively manage your workload, keeping the team informed on progress and pending items
Tax Season (February–April)Prepare individual and business tax returns with accuracy and speed
Conduct virtual sessions with clients to help complete personal tax organizers
Handle up to approximately 200 returns annually (majority during busy season)
Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
Off-SeasonPrepare extended individual and business returns
Assist with updating tax planning documents and projections
Help clients plan for upcoming deadlines with mid-year, third-quarter, and year-end tax projectionsWhat Sets You Up for Success HereStrong client-service mindset: clear communicator, proactive about follow-up

At least 3 years of tax preparation experience (individual and business returns)
CPA license strongly preferred
Candidates without a CPA must be actively pursuing it, with at least half of the exams passed
Experience in public accounting or multi-client environmentsCompensation and BenefitsBase salary: $60,000–$80,000, depending on experience and CPA status
