Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Remote, LondonLocation: Remote – London, Reporting to CEO in DubaiAbout the client: Our client is a leading provider in the field of interiors, retail furniture, and luxury market fit-outs. They specialize in delivering high-quality commercial workspaces and retail fit-out solutions with a focus on luxury and value. They are expanding their footprint in Europe and are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team.Role Overview:The BDM will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Europe by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value commercial workspace and retail fit-out deals. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of the interiors and fit-out industry, excellent sales skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets.Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales:Identify, generate, and qualify leads in the interiors and luxury retail fit-out markets in Europe. Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities. Close high-value deals for commercial workspaces, offices, and retail fit-outs. Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives. Sales Target Achievement:Develop and execute strategies to achieve annual sales targets. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities. Reporting & Coordination:Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO in Dubai on business development activities and sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements:Proven Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the UK interiors and fit-out industry, with a track record of closing high-value commercial workspace and retail projects. Industry Expertise: Must have in-depth knowledge of the interiors, retail furniture, and luxury fit-out markets. Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales in the industry. Target-Oriented: Strong focus on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets. Remote Work: Ability to work independently, with excellent time management skills. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.
