Performance Load Test Architect/Lead

Performance Load Test Architect/Lead \|\| Contract \|\| Remote Position w/ occasional travel **Minimum Qualifications:** 12\+ years of overall IT experience. 8\+ years of enterprise performance engineering and load testing experience. 5\+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives. Expert\-level experience with NeoLoad. Experience designing performance testing solutions for enterprise\-scale applications and integrations. Strong experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP Datasphere, CRM platforms, APIs, and middleware. Experience developing production workload models using historical metrics. Strong knowledge of capacity planning, scalability, stress/endurance/spike/failover testing, API and middleware performance, batch optimization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and performance diagnostics. **Education and Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. NeoLoad certification preferred. Azure or AWS cloud certifications preferred.
