Bookkeeper

**We're Hiring: Bookkeeper (Quickbooks) \| Plantation, FL** **360 Vertical Fix Solutions LLC** is growing, and we're looking for an experienced **Bookkeeper** to join our team! If you're highly organized, detail\-oriented, and have strong experience with **QuickBooks Online** and **construction accounting**, we'd love to hear from you. **Location:** Plantation, FL 33313 **Position:** Full\-Time **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (Mostly Remote) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday \| 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM **What You'll Do:** Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries Create and send client invoices Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Track job costs and project\-related expenses Support payroll processing and expense tracking Assist with financial reporting and documentation Help maintain compliance with company financial controls and procedures **What We're Looking For:** Proven bookkeeping experience Strong proficiency in **QuickBooks Online (QBO)** Experience in the **construction or general contracting industry** Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting Experience with invoicing, contract documentation, and check processing Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Team player who can collaborate with management and external financial analysts **Preferred Qualifications:** Familiarity with the **Profit First Methodology** Experience with **job costing and project\-based accounting** Experience working with a **PEO (Professional Employer Organization)** Compensation \& Benefits: * **Salary: $40,000 \- $50,000 per year** * Pay Schedule: Bi\-Weekly * Paid Holidays **After 90 Days:** * 1 Week Paid Time Off (PTO) * Dental, Vision \& Aflac Benefits **After 1 Year:** * Eligibility for participation in the Company's 401(k) Plan (subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements) Join a growing construction company with ambitious expansion plans and unlimited opportunities.
