You'll build and lead a team of TikTok Strategists, establishing the operational processes, playbooks, and enablement needed to drive measurable growth and ROI for our clients. You'll be working cross-functionally alongside passionate, high-performing individuals across Product, Customer Success, and our Center of Excellence.The ideal candidate is a strategic leader and team builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply versed in TikTok's advertising ecosystem, and is energized by the opportunity to shape an emerging channel from the ground up.REQUIREMENTS:5+ years of relevant leadership experience in Account Management, Ad Operations, Client Services, or similar rolesHands-on experience with TikTok Ads (GMV Max, Catalog Ads, etc.) and TikTok Shop affiliate promotionsProven people management experience leading account managers, advertising specialists, or similar client-facing teamsExperience influencing multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional projects to completion across geographies and business unitsStrong communication skills — able to translate complex strategy into clear, actionable direction for both internal teams and clientsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Experience in an agency, e-commerce accelerator, or performance marketing environmentTrack record of building scalable processes and playbooks in a high-growth or startup settingBackground in social commerce, retail media, or direct-to-consumer advertisingIntellectual curiosity and a strong desire to experiment in a rapidly changing platform landscapeExperience partnering with Product teams to influence roadmap and prioritizationFamiliarity with the broader e-commerce advertising ecosystem (Amazon, Google, Meta, Walmart, etc.)WHAT YOU’LL DO:Develop client strategies: Create and own best practices for running TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop affiliate promotions that meet clients' growth and profitability objectivesDrive execution: Translate strategies and best practices into scalable processes and actionable playbooks for the TikTok Strategist team, ensuring consistent adoption and continuous optimizationBuild and lead a team: Hire, develop, and lead a team of TikTok Strategists to serve as subject matter experts, partnering closely with Customer Success Managers to advise on client strategy and performanceEnable the broader organization: Partner with the Center of Excellence and Customer Success leadership to train client-facing teams on TikTok best practices, playbooks, and performance frameworksDrive innovation: Build systematic experimentation processes to continuously test new techniques and strategies as both Quartile's platform and TikTok evolveAlign across functions: Serve as the internal TikTok "quarterback," collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to implement strategies and deliver client resultsInfluence the product roadmap: Surface consistent feedback to Product, helping define and prioritize features and capabilities that support TikTok channel performanceContinually stay current: Keep up with TikTok platform updates, industry trends, and emerging social commerce best practices, bringing new ideas to the teamBENEFITS:Comprehensive Insurance Coverage401K Plan with Employer MatchGenerous Paid Time Off (24 Vacation days, 7 Sick days, 12 Company Holidays, Short Summer Fridays)Company Laptop + additional tech accessoriesThe base pay range for this position is targeted at $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
