**Position Summary** PROSURGICAL INC. is seeking a detail\-oriented and customer\-focused Surgical Solutions Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to healthcare providers, customers, and internal teams. This fully remote role is responsible for coordinating customer inquiries, managing product\-related requests, supporting order processes, and ensuring timely communication throughout the customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast\-paced healthcare environment where accuracy and outstanding service are essential. **Responsibilities** **Customer \& Provider Support** * Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, customers, and business partners through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. * Respond to non\-clinical inquiries regarding products, orders, account information, and service requests. * Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer support. * Escalate technical or specialized product questions to the appropriate departments. **Surgical Solutions Coordination** * Coordinate customer requests related to surgical products and healthcare solutions. * Monitor order progress and communicate status updates to customers. * Assist with product availability inquiries and documentation. * Support internal teams by coordinating information needed for timely order fulfillment. **Administrative \& Operational Support** * Maintain accurate customer records, product documentation, and account information. * Perform data entry and update CRM or order management systems. * Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation. * Track customer requests and ensure timely resolution. **Service Excellence** * Build positive relationships with healthcare providers and customers through responsive communication. * Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality. * Assist with onboarding new customers and providing information about available services. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects. **Qualifications** **Required** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare administration, medical office support, medical supply distribution, logistics, order coordination, sales support, or administrative support. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational, multitasking, and time\-management abilities. * Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and web\-based business applications. **Preferred** * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. * Experience working with medical devices, surgical products, healthcare services, or medical distribution organizations. * Familiarity with CRM systems, ER
