The E-commerce Shopify Expert at Creative Chaos is responsible to play a critical role in developing and managing our D2C and B2B e-commerce platforms. This position requires a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, and e-commerce infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling major brands and implementing systems that support rapid growth. This role involves optimizing the shopping experience in a regulated industry, ensuring seamless functionality, and developing custom solutions as needed.Key Responsibilities:Shopify Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page buildouts, and site customizations.B2B Storefront Development: Build and optimize the B2B e-commerce experience to support business clients.Backend System Optimization: Develop and manage Shopify flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency.Digital Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including reviews, referrals, affiliate programs, SEO, and more.Custom Development Projects: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed.Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions.RequirementsExtensive Shopify expertise, including end-to-end store builds and platform management.Experience working with Shopify apps to enhance site functionality.Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation.Strong understanding of analytics software and data analysis.Excel/data analysis skills for reporting and performance tracking.
