You will take ownership of designing clean, compliant, and scalable HR processes from the ground up — and turn early‑stage people operations into a world‑class infrastructure.What You'll Build & OwnHR Core ProcessesDesign and standardize onboarding, offboarding, and full employee lifecycle workflowsCreate templates, checklists, and documentation that bring clarity and consistencyEstablish SOPs for all HR operations topicsCompliance & GovernanceEnsure labor law compliance across multiple countriesMaintain audit‑ready personnel files and documentationSupport internal controls and compliance reviewsHR Systems & InfrastructureDefine the future HR systems architectureEvaluate and implement HRIS and related toolsBuild scalable processes that support digitalization and automationWhat You Bring5+ years in HR Operations / People Operations, ideally in startups or scale‑upsA builder mindset — comfortable starting from a blank pageStrong process thinking, structure, and attention to detailExperience creating SOPs, templates, and operational standardsHands‑on experience with HRIS implementation or tool evaluationWhy This Role MattersThis is your chance to build the People Ops infrastructure for an AI company that's scaling globally.
