Remote Multi-Client Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client base at Kim Arden Consulting Inc is rapidly expanding. We have an immediate need for a skilled virtual bookkeeper who can also provide a professional client\-facing presence. We love helping our clients, by providing them accurate and timely financials, managing their receivables, payables and payroll, collaborating with their tax professionals, and coaching them on understanding the business\-side of their business better! We may all work remotely, but you’ll be part of the team. Requirements for this position: * Certified as an Intuit QBO ProAdvisor, and the certification must be current * Recent QBO experience with expert proficiency * A quiet professional\-looking home office appropriate for Zoom meetings * Professional appearance and communication * Experience working simultaneously with multiple clients * Experience in a client\-facing role * West Coast business hours * Intellectual curiosity Primary responsibilities include: * Working with multiple business owner clients via email, phone and video conference calls * General ledger maintenance * Invoicing and accounts receivable * Bills and accounts payable * Bank account, credit card, and payroll reconciliations * Running payroll * Preparation of monthly journal entries * Working in multiple business that require due to/due from entries between entities * Preparation work for regular and timely management reporting * Analytical work to determine accuracy of bookkeeping and reporting as well as for requested client work Desired Experience: * Working with a small select team of bookkeepers * Passion for helping clients achieve success in their businesses * Proven ability to manage projects independently in a highly efficient and time\-sensitive manner * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field * Intermediate\-level understanding of managerial and financial accounting principles * At least 8 years of bookkeeping experience, including AR, AP, general ledger maintenance, payroll, and management reporting * Experience with accrual\-based accounting * Comfortable working in other cloud\-based tools such as Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Harvest, ADP, PayChex, and Gusto payroll, and revenue\-generation/point of sale systems like Stripe, Square, etc Please respond with a resume, cover letter, income requirements and availability.
