Job Description

We are hiring a **Remote Customer Experience Sales Specialist** to provide **primarily phone\-based customer support and appointment setting**, with some chat and email support as needed. This role is ideal for customer service professionals who are comfortable handling a high volume of calls and delivering clear, professional support. Join a supportive, fully remote team that values your growth and your voice while helping customers with care and professionalism! **What You’ll Do** * Handle a high volume of **inbound and outbound phone calls** * Provide accurate information, schedule appointments, and assist with basic troubleshooting * Respond to some customer inquiries via chat and email * Document customer interactions clearly and accurately * Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues **Requirements** * **Minimum 2 years of customer service experience** (phone\-based experience preferred) * **Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (required)** * Comfortable spending most of the workday on the phone * Experience using Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan * Ability to work shift times between 12:00 PM EST \- 10:00 PM EST (9:00 AM PST \- 7:00 PM PST) * Strong multitasking and problem\-solving skills * Comfortable navigating multiple software systems during live calls * Reliable **high\-speed** **wired (ethernet) internet connection** * Laptop or desktop computer in good working condition *Note: Internet speed tests and device specification reports will be requested during later stages of the application process.* **Nice\-to\-Have Software Experience** Experience with the following tools is considered an asset but is **not required**.
