Product Designer - Senior

***Job Summary*** **About the role** The company name will be provided after applying. We are looking for a senior product designer to own end\-to\-end UX across our core platform. You will be the primary designer embedded in a cross\-functional product pod, working directly with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ship high\-quality web and mobile experiences. This is a high\-ownership role with room to shape design culture and systems thinking across the organization. **What you will do** Own all phases of the design process from discovery through delivery across two core product lines. Lead and conduct mixed\-methods research including user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping. Maintain and evolve a shared component library and design system in Figma. Collaborate closely with engineering in an Agile sprint environment, participating in standups, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming. Translate complex workflows and enterprise data into clear, accessible interfaces. Present design rationale and research findings to stakeholders at all levels. Advocate for design standards and contribute to cross\-functional design critique. ***Required experience*** 4 or more years in product design. Strong Figma proficiency. Design systems experience. Web and mobile product design. Mixed\-methods research skills. Agile team experience. A portfolio with case studies is required to be considered for this role. ***Nice to have*** Regulated industry background such as fintech, compliance, or distribution. Design token implementation experience. Experience as the sole designer on a product. Familiarity with HTML and CSS. B2B SaaS domain knowledge.
