Part-Time Bookkeeper (Independent Contractor)

**Job Overview** We are seeking a diligent and detail\-oriented Part\-Time Bookkeeper (Independent Contractor) to join our team. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely (with occasional in\-person support, i.e. once every six months) while supporting the financial operations of a caregiving operation. You will be responsible to create and maintain a spreadsheet of transactions, input invoices, track log\-in and log\-out times of caregiving staff (cross\-checking as necessary), keep track of a budget, and provide a summary to the managing employer at the end of each month. More details will be provided during your interview. Time commitment for this position is estimated at four hours per week. It is preferred that the successful candidate be able to work Thursdays (after 5:00pm) or Fridays before 4:30pm to complete their tasks, due to a Friday afternoon deadline. The pay rate for this position is $35\.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be an independent contractor, who must have their own business license.
