Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling)
Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements
Coordinate interviews and maintain active, timely communication with applicants
Provide updates to candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience
Track candidate progress and maintain organized recruitment pipelines
Assist in employer branding initiatives (job posts, hiring campaigns, candidate experience)
Administrative & Operational Tasks Manage calendars, emails, and task tracking with quick turnaround times
Maintain clear and consistent communication across tasks and projects
Organize files and maintain documentation
Support project coordination and timely follow-ups
Assist in process documentation and improvements
