There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.About the RoleWe’re hiring aSales Representativeto drive patient growth through bothwarm inbound lead conversion and outbound outreach.You will own the full conversion journey — from first touch to scheduled calls.This role requires both:Consultative selling skills for inbound leadsConfidence and persistence for outbound calling and follow-upThis is not a passive, script-heavy call center role.
