Who we're looking for: Someone who has personally navigated alcohol or drug addiction and come out the other side. Not a therapist. Not a counselor. Someone who has lived it, and is ready to walk alongside others going through it now. What you'll do * Offer peer support and guidance to people in early or active recovery * Share your story where it helps, hold space where it doesn't * Work flexible hours — you set your own availability * Self Starter \- Promote via socials like instagram and bring clients to the platform What you bring * Lived experience with alcohol or drug addiction (this is a requirement) * Stable recovery — you're in a good place yourself * Strong listening skills and no judgment * Comfort communicating via video chat The work: This is contract work — you're paid per session or engagement, not on a salary.
