In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support across the organization, helping our employees stay productive and connected. Whether you are an experienced IT professional or someone looking to grow your career in tech, we encourage you to apply. **What You Will Do** * Provide first and second level technical support to remote employees via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner * Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365 * Support onboarding and offboarding of employees, including device setup and account provisioning * Document technical issues, solutions, and processes in the internal knowledge base * Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or third party vendors when necessary * Assist with software installations, updates, and license management * Ensure IT security best practices are followed, including password policies and endpoint protection * Participate in IT projects and system upgrades as needed **What We Are Looking For** We welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
