You will play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing custom apparel orders from start to finish, and ensuring projects move smoothly through internal production workflows.This role is not focused on outbound sales — instead, you will manage an existing book of business, support ongoing client needs, protect timelines, solve problems proactively, and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client accounts.The daily tasks will vary, so flexibility, strong organization, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, highly communicative, and comfortable taking ownership of client-facing responsibilities.Ideal Candidates Will BeHighly proficient communicators in both spoken and written EnglishStrong client-facing professionals with excellent relationship management skillsOrganized and highly detail-orientedComfortable multitasking and managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyProactive problem-solvers who take ownership of their workResponsive and deadline-drivenTeam-oriented and collaborativeInterested in learning and utilizing new tools and technologies, including AI platformsRole DetailsIndustry: Promotional Products / Custom ApparelWork Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (USA)Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)Written and Spoken English Skill: Very ProficientSalary Range: PHP 50,000 – 65,000Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain a portfolio of existing client accounts and ongoing projects.Coordinate custom apparel orders from initiation through completion while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Communicate directly with clients regarding order updates, timelines, approvals, and issue resolution.Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.Monitor project timelines and proactively address delays, risks, or bottlenecks.Resolve client concerns and operational challenges with professionalism and urgency.Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth.Maintain accurate records, project notes, and communication updates.Assist with order tracking, status updates, and workflow coordination.Utilize systems and collaboration tools to support account management activities.Support ad hoc operational or client service projects as assigned.Additional Job RequirementsEducation: College degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field preferred.Experience:Proven experience in an Account Manager, Client Services, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or similar role.Experience earning awards, recognition, or measurable success in client-facing roles is highly preferred.Promotional products or apparel industry experience is a plus, but not required.Technical Skills:Basic Microsoft Excel skillsComfortable using collaboration and communication platformsInterest or experience using AI tools such as Claude is a plusPreferred Software Exposure:SlackShopworxMicrosoft Office SuiteGoogle WorkspaceAbout DCXDCX is a leading BPO that supports growth-minded small and medium-sized businesses in the United States.
