This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their bookkeeping experience while gaining hands\-on exposure to multiple businesses and accounting needs. **What You’ll Do Perform day\-to\-day bookkeeping for small business clients** * Categorize and record transactions in QuickBooks * Reconcile bank and credit card accounts * Review transactions and accounts for accuracy * Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable * Maintain organized and accurate financial records * Assist with monthly bookkeeping and financial reports * Research and help resolve discrepancies * Communicate with our team regarding missing information or bookkeeping questions * Follow established bookkeeping procedures and deadlines **What We’re Looking For Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting** * Strong attention to detail * Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts * Comfortable working independently * Strong problem\-solving skills * Dependable and able to meet deadlines * Comfortable learning new systems and processes * Good written and verbal communication skills Preferred, But Not Required * QuickBooks experience * Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience * Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or business coursework * Excel or Google Sheets experience **A Great Opportunity to Grow** Because we work with small businesses in many different industries, you’ll have the opportunity to learn how bookkeeping works across different types of companies while building valuable real\-world experience.
