Backed by Infosys, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for top recruiting talent to grow with us.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, systems-fluent Technical Recruiter with experience in scaled staffing or RPO environments to support our fast-moving Adobe business unit. This is a key hire for our Talent Acquisition team—someone who knows how to run high-volume, high-impact searches while maintaining data integrity and leveraging systems to create structure at scale. This role will focus primarily on hiring Adobe technologists (AEM, AJO, Analytics, etc.) and other technical consulting roles across our growing delivery teams. Strong systems acumen, a consultative mindset, and fluency in Workday or similar enterprise ATS platforms are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Adobe Experience Cloud and related digital transformation servicesManage end-to-end hiring operations in Workday—from requisition creation through offerSource, screen, and assess candidates in competitive markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsNavigate high-volume hiring scenarios with rigor, clarity, and attention to detailBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers, project leaders, and Talent Management to meet aggressive hiring targetsContribute to reporting, dashboards, and process improvements to increase efficiency and visibilityOptimize workflows, automate touchpoints, and maintain a clean, reportable data environmentChampion a high-quality candidate experience at every stepRequired Skills & Experience4+ years of technical recruiting experience, ideally in a consulting, agency, RPO, or scaled staffing environmentPrior experience recruiting for Adobe Experience Cloud roles (AEM, Target, Analytics, Campaign, AJO) preferredAdvanced user of Workday or similar enterprise-level ATSComfort working in a high-volume, data-driven, and fast-paced environmentProven ability to balance multiple priorities, projects, and systems with grace and accuracyExcellent communicator with a collaborative, consultative styleNice to HaveFamiliarity with Adobe certifications and delivery modelsExperience creating dashboards or TA reports using ATS or Excel/BI toolsBackground working in matrixed organizations or global consulting firmsWhy Join Us?Blue Acorn iCi is a place for curious thinkers, smart builders, and digital pioneers.
