We are seeking an **experienced marketing professional** to expand our client base through direct, in\-person business development throughout New York City. **Position Summary** We are looking for a motivated and results\-driven **Direct Sales \& Business Development Representative** to market our bookkeeping and accounting services to local businesses across New York City's five boroughs. The ideal candidate is an experienced relationship builder who enjoys networking, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Conduct face\-to\-face marketing and business development throughout New York City. * Visit local businesses to introduce and promote Sadika Accounting, LLC's bookkeeping and accounting services. * Research and identify prospective clients independently. * Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision\-makers. * Generate qualified leads and convert them into new clients. * Maintain accurate records of prospects, meetings, and follow\-up activities. * Submit **weekly activity reports** detailing businesses visited, meetings held, follow\-ups completed, and new clients acquired. * Meet established client acquisition goals. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in commission\-based marketing, direct sales, or business development. * Minimum **3 years of experience marketing financial services, bookkeeping, accounting, or other professional services.** * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Strong business development, networking, and relationship\-building skills. * Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently. * Strong research and organizational skills. * Knowledge of and interest in commission\-based sales. * **Must currently reside in New York City.** * **Must have strong knowledge of all five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island).** * **Must be familiar with New York City's neighborhoods, local business community, and diverse populations.** * Must be a **U.S. citizen** with legal authorization to work in the United States. * Must provide **two professional references** from previous marketing or sales positions.
