This role is ideal for a senior\-level engineer who can drive quality initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to ensure scalable and reliable test automation practices. Responsibilities:* Lead the architecture and implementation of enterprise\-level automated testing frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other tools. * Define and enforce best practices for test automation, code quality, and test data management. * Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. * Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid\-level QA engineers, and provide technical leadership. * Analyze test coverage, identify gaps, and implement strategies to improve test effectiveness and efficiency. * Partner with product and development teams to define test strategies for complex features and systems. Qualifications: **Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 6\+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation. * Expert\-level proficiency in Tricentis Tosca, including test case design, test data management, and API testing. * Strong experience with additional tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. * Deep understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). * Proven experience leading QA initiatives and mentoring teams. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills. **Optional Certifications (Preferred but not required):*** Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Level 1, 2, and Test Design Specialist * ISTQB Certified Tester – Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer * Certified Agile Test Leader (CATL) * Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional * Certified Jenkins Engineer (CJE) **Salary Range $65,900\.70 \- $152,611\.80** **In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good\-faith estimate.
