To learn more, visit www.greystar.com.JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYEnterprise Automation & AI Developer is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of low-code solutions and AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and efficiency across the organization. This role operates at the intersection of Power Platform development and enterprise AI, building and supporting practical automation and AI solutions that drive measurable impact for the business.JOB DESCRIPTIONKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serves as the primary developer for enterprise productivity and AI solutions, designing, building, and delivering low-code applications, automations, and AI-powered tools across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise AI platforms — including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, and others.Participates in solution design reviews and contributes to technical design standards, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.Evaluates and applies emerging AI capabilities in a practical, low-code context — identifying opportunities to extend existing solutions and building new ones as the enterprise AI landscape evolves.Partners with end users and business teams to understand needs, provide guidance, and help them optimize the value of available productivity and AI tools.Works collaboratively with business stakeholders and team members to gather requirements, define solutions, and implement technology that addresses real business needs.Troubleshoots complex problems and develops recommendations and solutions by performing needs analysis and defining opportunities for new or improved business process solutions.Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for core productivity and AI tools, providing Level 3 escalation support and technical best practices to the team.Recommend and/or assist in engaging internal and external resources and vendor-partners to help team members gain maximum platform benefits.Research to identify and implement tools and technology to meet the needs of the Company. Stays current on emerging AI tools and technologies — including but not limited to Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and others — and brings forward findings and technical evaluations to support team decision-making.BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and established technologist with 5+ years of related experience.Experience may substitute for the formal education requirement with a minimum of five (5) years related experience.Demonstrated ability using productivity technologies. Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 products, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform administration.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and translate business requirements into scalable, practical solutions using low-code tools and platforms.Experience with enterprise AI tools — such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms — is preferred but not required. Strong developer fundamentals in M365, Power Platform, and API integrations are considered transferable to AI work. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and responsible AI principles is a plus.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alternatives, generate practical recommendations, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving technology environment.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, including documenting solutions, presenting recommendations, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language.Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with business stakeholders of diverse styles and backgrounds.SPECIALIZED SKILLS:Preferred (not required): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate; Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900) or equ
