As an Inbound Sales Representative, you'll be the voice of Custom Ink—helping customers design and order products they love while also identifying new opportunities for future engagement.1-2 years of sales or customer-facing experienceEffective communicators in both writing and conversationCurious and adaptable, able to learn quickly and pivot with graceSelf-motivated and goal-driven, with a knack for converting interest into actionComfortable with technology, chat tools, and CRM platformsSkilled at balancing empathy with results—delivering both service and salesExcited to contribute to a values-driven, people-focused brandWhat you’ll do:Converting inbound inquiries into successful sales through digital and phone channelsAdvising customers on product selection, design tools, pricing, and turnaround optionsUsing insight and discovery to qualify leads and forward them to other sales channels (e.g., Mid-Market, Account Management, Pro Teams)Delivering exceptional experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and connectionNavigating customer challenges with patience and professionalismCollaborating with peers, managers, and cross-functional partners to improve workflow and serviceHow you’ll be measured:Sales conversion and order volume from inbound customer inquiriesLead generation quality and volume for other sales channelsCustomer satisfaction metrics (e.g., tNPS) and accuracyResponsiveness and operational efficiencyContribution to repeat business and long-term customer engagementHow you’ll make a difference:As a frontline representative of Custom Ink, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact customer happiness and brand loyalty, helping customers bring their ideas to life and making it easy for them to come back again and again. Your ability to deliver thoughtful, engaging service while identifying future sales opportunities will position you as a key contributor to Custom Ink’s growth and mission.Compensation:We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.For this non-exampt position, the hourly rate is $26.44, plus a performance bonus targeted at $15,000, for a total OTE of $70,000 tied to individual/company performance and continued retention.
