**Part\-Time → Full\-Time \| Remote \| Growth Opportunity** Smart2Market is a specialized B2B marketing agency serving engineering, manufacturing, software, and other technology companies. We've helped organizations including SOLIDWORKS, Dassault Systèmes, Dell Technologies, NVIDIA, and other industry leaders communicate complex products in ways that drive business growth. Our clients rely on us for more than creative ideas. They count on us to keep projects moving, communicate proactively, solve problems, and consistently deliver high\-quality work. That's where you come in. We're looking for an experienced **Client Success Manager** who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing multiple marketing initiatives, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This position begins part\-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week) with a clear path to full\-time as both you and Smart2Market continue to grow. **What You'll Do** You'll become the primary day\-to\-day contact for our clients, ensuring projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving forward. Responsibilities include: * Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive, proactive communication. * Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow through. * Manage multiple client projects from kickoff through completion. * Coordinate designers, writers, developers, freelancers, and other marketing resources. * Create and manage project schedules, priorities, and deadlines. * Develop and coordinate marketing deliverables including email campaigns, webinars, presentations, websites, social media, case studies, and sales tools. * Build and manage campaigns using modern marketing platforms and AI productivity tools. * Monitor project status and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. * Help improve internal processes as Smart2Market continues to grow. **What We're Looking For** * Five or more years of experience managing marketing projects, client accounts, or integrated marketing programs. * Agency experience is strongly preferred. * Exceptional organizational and project management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Comfortable leading client meetings and presenting project updates. * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail. * Self\-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. * Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, project management software, LinkedIn, Canva, Google Analytics, and AI tools is a plus.
