Job SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, timelines, and strategic goals. This role oversees all aspects of project execution, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination, while maintaining accountability for project outcomes and performance. The Project Manager drives operational efficiency by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and supporting the adoption of new technologies and workflows.Additionally, this role facilitates clear communication across stakeholders through regular status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution, while ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices. The Project Manager also contributes to proposal development, supports internal client needs, and promotes continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall team effectiveness and project success.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership & ExecutionLeads end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, and execution to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Monitors progress, manages risks and changes, and ensures timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining accountability for overall outcomes.Stakeholder Engagement & Process ImprovementFacilitates collaboration across departments, communicates project status, and manages stakeholder expectations through regular updates and effective issue resolution.Analyzes operational processes to identify efficiencies, implement improvements, and support continuous enhancement of project management practices and business operations.Required Skills: Proven project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Adaptable to waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communicator. Planning and organizing. Influencing, leading and delegation.  Knowledge of Microsoft Project. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Experience:4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects.Prior experience in a healthcare of financial services organization Certification: Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred. May substitute certification preference for applicable experience.
