Due to the continued growth of our Consulting Practice, we are currently recruiting for an Analyst to join our group with the Digital Solutions Healthcare team. As a member of our team, you will also contribute to some of the most important activities in our firm which include operating and growing the business, serving the client, developing the best people, and shaping our culture.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, maintain, and manage documentation for healthcare applications, technical workflows, and operational processesCollaborate with healthcare SMEs, IT teams, and Community Connect teams to ensure documentation accuracy and completenessDevelop clear, concise, and user-friendly materials to support system transitions and workflow optimizationTrack project deliverables and timelines to ensure milestones and deadlines are metBuild strong internal and external relationships to support collaboration and project successQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
