Join us as a Principal Developer Ecosystem Advocate, AI \& Agentic Development At Progress, we help organizations solve complex business challenges with trusted software and exceptional experiences. We are looking for a Principal Developer Ecosystem Advocate focused on AI\-powered application development, agentic systems and the broader .NET and JavaScript ecosystem. As AI transforms software development, this role will help developers and organizations adopt modern application architectures, agentic systems and AI\-powered development workflows using Progress technologies. You will work directly with customers, developers and partners to explore real\-world use cases, co\-develop solutions and share learnings back with both the community and internal teams. This is not a traditional developer relations role focused solely on speaking engagements and content creation. We want someone who can build with customers, not just talk about building. As such, this role combines community engagement, ecosystem intelligence, technical advocacy and modern developer experience strategies to help Progress build trust, relevance and engagement in an AI\-driven technology landscape. In this role, you will: Community \& Ecosystem Engagement \& Intelligence * Build meaningful relationships with developers, community leaders, and ecosystem partners while actively participating in online and in\-person technical communities. * Support and grow community initiatives including champion programs, office hours, workshops, forums and technical engagement programs * Identify opportunities to strengthen community participation and foster peer\-to\-peer engagement * Serve as a trusted source of ecosystem intelligence for internal stakeholders * Gather feedback from developers and technical communities, identify trends, adoption barriers and emerging opportunities and translate those insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams. * Lead cross\-functional customer, community, and ecosystem engagement initiatives in partnership with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. * Monitor evolving developer workflows, AI\-assisted development trends and industry best practices Customer Innovation \& Technical Partnership * Partner directly with customers and practitioners to explore, prototype, buil
