Our teams work hands on with platforms such as NICE CXone, Five9, Zoom Contact Center, and Amazon Connect, delivering practical, reliable solutions for real client needs.Role OverviewCondado is seeking a hands-on Five9 CCaaS Platform Engineer with strong experience in Five9 IVA, APIs, routing automation, and platform integrations.This role is highly technical and execution focused. The ideal candidate will actively configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and optimize Five9 environments in production, including IVA workflows, routing logic, CRM integrations, and API-driven automations.This is not a solution architect or pre-sales role. We are specifically looking for someone who has personally built and supported production-ready Five9 environments.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesConfigure and deploy Five9 environments in live production systemsBuild and maintain:IVRsIVA workflowsSkills-based routingQueuesAgent configurationsRouting automation logicConfigure inbound and outbound campaigns and dialing strategiesWork with Five9 APIs, query modules, webhooks, and integrationsSupport CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred)Troubleshoot routing, IVA, API, and integration-related issuesParticipate in UAT, go-live, and hyper-care activitiesMaintain technical documentation and configuration recordsSupport multiple client environments in parallelRequired Qualifications3+ years of hands-on Five9 experienceStrong experience configuring:Five9 IVAIVRsACD routingSkills/queuesCampaignsExperience working with:Five9 APIsQuery modulesAutomation workflowsWebhooks or integrationsExperience troubleshooting production routing and integration issuesUnderstanding of contact center concepts and call flowsStrong communication and documentation skillsComfortable in implementation and managed services environmentsPreferred QualificationsSalesforce integration experienceExperience with chatbot or conversational AI workflowsExposure to JSON, REST APIs, scripting, or automation logicExperience with NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, or Genesys CloudConsulting or MSP experienceEnglish proficiency requiredImportant ClarificationThis role is best suited for:Hands-on implementation engineersFive9 IVA/configuration specialistsIntegration-focused CCaaS engineersThis role is NOT targeted toward:Pure TAM/support-only profilesPre-sales architectsDelivery managersNon-technical contact center supervisorsBudget $2,000 to $3,000 USD per month, depending on experience and location. Final compensation will be determined by the team based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and overall fit. Candidates should be comfortable with the minimum budget range outlined for this role. This is a contractor’s role. ImportantDue to the urgency of this requirement, we are unable to accommodate long notice periods.
