About youThe role is ideal for professionals with strong construction backgrounds looking for the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have the skills necessary to determine and define each project's scope of work and deliverables.As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing tenders, supervising tendering procedures, preparing proposals, and managing, supervising, and visiting contractors on-site. You will have demonstratable creative and logical thinking experience to resolve design issues.Skills and experienceBachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.Chartered Member of Engineers IrelandHave excellent working knowledge of the building regulations, on-site inspections, construction detailing, the building control process and project management.7-10 years of experience in engineering in construction, preferably consultancy.Comfortable reading and understanding drawings.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.Demonstrated knowledge of construction & engineering principles.Strong leadership, management & Communication skills.What We Can Offer YouBeing part of ORS means more than just a job, it means joining a company that invests in you and your ambitions with transparency, structure and support.
