With a commitment to technological excellence and social impact, we are expanding our team to further strengthen our brand presence and outreach.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who can translate a compelling mission into campaigns that move the needle, someone who thrives on both strategy and execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. The Marketing Manager will own all marketing functions and the position may evolve into a leadership role as the company grows. Based in the Philippines and working US business hours, you will partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to build Career Team’s brand, drive engagement, and support our mission of transforming workforce development across the United States.What You’ll DoDevelop & Execute StrategyBuild and execute integrated marketing plans that support Career Team’s growth across US workforce development markets, with a focus on state and local government, workforce boards, and social service agencies.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns.Maintain and update the Career Team website, ensuring content stays current, on-brand, and aligned with active campaigns and initiatives.Campaign ManagementPlan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, and content channels.Draft copy and captions for social media posts, flyers, and other campaign materials, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.Manage PR efforts, local events, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and media vendors.Draft press releases and coordinate with leadership on review, approvals, and distribution.Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for use across social media, webinars, and sales enablement, including promotional clips, event recaps, and product explainers.Edit raw footage into polished videos using tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms, incorporating captions, branding, and motion graphics as needed.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.Translate complex workforce development concepts into clear, compelling messaging for government and nonprofit audiences.Complete individual marketing requests from stakeholders, including flyers, slideshows, and other customer-facing outreach materials.Analytics & ReportingDefine KPIs, track results, and report marketing performance to leadership.Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.Event LogisticsManage end-to-end logistics for 25–30 conferences per year across Workforce Services and Career Edge, including NAWDP, NAWB, CWA, CECU, and NASWA.Oversee conference registrations, booth and sponsorship purchases, and staff travel coordination for team members without company cards.Organize pre-conference planning meetings to align internal stakeholders and ensure all materials, staff assignments, and logistics are in order.Own the national webinar calendar, pitching topic ideas that align with the overall marketing plan and tie into upcoming conferences and industry events.Coordinate all webinar logistics end-to-end: collect speaker bios and headshots, build and configure Zoom Webinar events, and manage registration setup.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.4+ years of marketing experience with proven success in campaign management and brand building.Strong digital marketing skills (LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics platforms).Proficiency in design and presentation tools including Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or other similar platforms.Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.Strong communication skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.Comfort working US business hours from the Philippines; experience supporting US-based clients or organizations is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive monthly salary (₱65,000–₱80,000, based on experience).Paid holidays and vacationHealth insurance and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).The opportunity to work with a mission-driven organization creating meaningful social impact.A collaborative and innovative environment where your ideas directly shape outcomesAbout Career Team: Founded in 1996
