Job Description

**B2B Customer Acquisition Lead** **Location:** Wicker Park, Chicago **Schedule:** 4 days in office, 1 day remote **Target total cash compensation:** $85,000–$125,000 Relocation assistance may be available. **The role** Build a scalable acquisition system targeting HR leaders and background\-check decision\-makers at businesses with 300\+ employees. You will own the full stack with minimal support: * High\-volume cold email and LinkedIn outbound * Audience targeting, offers, copy, and lead magnets * Landing pages, nurture, onboarding, and reengagement * Funnel analytics, testing, vendors, and contractors * Select paid\-channel tests, including LinkedIn and Reddit * Product feedback based on direct market response **What success looks like** * First 90 days: build, launch, measure, and improve the acquisition system * Months 4–6: scale toward acquiring hundreds of businesses per month for our clients * Make clear decisions, iterate quickly, and explain results with data **What we are looking for** * Experience running or managing high\-volume B2B outbound * Experience targeting specific functional buyers inside businesses * Strong copywriting, funnel, analytics, and experimentation skills * Able to think strategically and execute most of the work personally * Experience targeting HR leaders is a plus * LinkedIn Ads or Reddit Ads experience is a plus We care more about what you have built than years of experience. **To apply** Submit your resume and a few brief bullet points about one B2B acquisition campaign: * Who you targeted * What you tried and why * What worked * What did not * Results No cover letter required.
