You love the challenge of solvingsophisticated, multi-system integration problems andtakepride in untangling ambiguity across SaaS platforms, SOA architectures, and modern web services.As a Workday Integrations Senior Principal Consultant, you will bring your technical skills, ability to keep the business context in sight, and a strong work ethic to a team with a positive attitude, a collaborative culture, and a passion for helping our customers to be successful.Responsibilities:Lead phase 1Studentimplementation projects with a large team of integration developersWork directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives,facilitatediscussionsandultimately driverequirements sign-offEvaluate,communicateand coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisionsCreate detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designsDevelop,testand deploy integrationsrequiredto meet business requirementsFacilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platformTrack issues and risks,communicatestatus andescalateconcerns to project managementSkills & Requirements:4 years of Workday certified Integration consulting experienceActed as technical lead for at least 1full StudentimplementationCurrent Workday Studio integration certificationheldfor over 2 yearsCurrent WorkdayOrchestration certificationAble todemonstratethe creation of innovative solutions for complex Workday integrationsDemonstratedproficiencywith web service technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML,etc)B.A. / B.S., Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, computer science/other engineeringdisciplineor equivalent experienceExceptional written and verbal communication capabilities; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organizationSuperior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skillsOutstanding Excel skillsThrive on simultaneouslyoperatingat multiple levels and managing multiple responsibilities.Ability tooperateeffectively in a dynamic,growing,ecosystem with minimal supervisionMustbe willing to travel on-site if neededSalary and Other CompensationApplications will be accepted until 09/6/2026The annual salary for this position is between $128,093 - $192,140 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program , based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time Off 401(k) plan and contributionsLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
