Job Description
**Job Description:** We are a mid\-sized agency experiencing solid growth and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bookkeeper\-HR Administrator (contractor) to join our team on a contract/part time basis for 15\-20 hours per week. Reporting to the Controller, you would provide necessary support for customer requests, information on particular clients, updates requested by departmental leads, general research, benefits administration, and other tasks to free up management for higher level items. You would also have the chance to work with a diverse and talented team of professionals who are passionate about their work.
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background with experience in reconciliations, accruals, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting, and human resources. The successful candidate will be a self\-starter with a great team attitude.
Moreover, you will need to have experience with Sage\-Intacct and excellent Microsoft Excel skills. This is a great opportunity to become part of an energetic team and make a meaningful difference to our organization.
**Qualifications:**
* Associate's degree in accounting or finance
* Minimum of 5 years of experience \- ideally both accounting and human resources
* Strong accounting background with experience in reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting
* Financial analysis skills including revenue and cost analysis, budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, etc.
* Working knowledge of Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office
* Great team attitude, self\-starter, and collaborator
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
Experience:
