Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Da\-Ly Realty is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Remote Virtual Assistant** to provide administrative and operational support to our real estate professionals and management team. This position requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for assigned team members.
* Respond to emails, phone calls, and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Prepare, edit, and organize business documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain electronic records, databases, and client files with accuracy.
* Schedule appointments, virtual meetings, and property showings.
* Assist with data entry, document management, and transaction coordination.
* Conduct online research and compile information as requested.
* Support marketing initiatives by updating property listings, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating social media content.
* Track deadlines and follow up on projects and outstanding tasks.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Perform general administrative duties and provide additional support as assigned.
**Qualifications Required**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of one year of administrative, virtual assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time\-management abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
