In addition, the Senior Clinical Quality Auditor assists leadership with daily operations of the Clinical Quality Auditing team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive.Prepares and performs internal quality audits, including but not limited to, electronic and paper medical records, recordings, and live auditsCommunicates and works with the team to resolve issues identified in the audit in a timely mannerAssists with results interpretation and communication to market leadershipProvides continuous quality improvement suggestions to leadership based on audit and reporting findingsProvides support for focal audits, including design, implementation, reporting, and action planning structureProvides flex audit coverage for auditorsPartners with auditors to evaluate market- and teammate-level opportunities for coaching and interventionProvides informal coaching and guidance to Auditors, and escalates performance issues to leadershipCoordinates and helps lead monthly team meetings with the Clinical Quality Auditors, providing updates on team goals, progress toward those goals, and activities that impact the teamStructures data requests, analyzes data, and performs root cause analysisAssists in the review of quality policies and processes governing IKC operations as deemed necessary by leadershipOther duties, as assignedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required.A.D.N degree from accredited school of nursing; B.S.N preferred; three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degreeMinimum of three (3) years’ healthcare experience; clinical operations experience preferredPrior audit or quality experience preferredIntermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookTravel required: up to 10%What We’ll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
