This is a unique opportunity to join early, help define the playbook, and directly impact how we structure and grow a multi-billion portfolio.If you’re financial maket nerd, enjoy ownership, and want to build something meaningful from zero — this role is for you.What You'll Do: Support the creation and growth of our CDB funding book from the ground upInterface with Investment PlatformsMonitor market conditions to identify the best timing and strategies for CDB issuanceTrack competitors and benchmark rates, volumes, and strategies across the marketBuild and maintain reports and controls using Excel and SQLAnalyze data to support decision-making on pricing, funding, and allocationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and improve financial productsUse AI tools to enhance analysis, productivity, and insightsWhat You'll Need to Succeed:~1+ year of experience in financial markets, preferably with CDB or fixed income productsExperience in banks, brokerages, or financial institutions dealing with similar instrumentsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with dataWorking knowledge of SQLProficiency in Excel for controls, analysis, and reportingUnderstanding of how CDBs work, including market dynamics and funding strategiesHigh agency: ability to take ownership and drive things forward with autonomyAdaptability and comfort working in a fast-changing environmentInterest in using AI as part of your daily workflowExperience using AI tools for analysis or automationAdvanced EnglishNice to Have:Experience with Python or other data toolsPrevious experience in funding, treasury, or liabilities managementExposure to pricing strategies or financial product structuringOriginally posted on Himalayas
