With a strong emphasis on efficiency and client experience, it aims to simplify the process while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.By combining industry expertise with digital tools, the company helps bridge the gap between traditional financial institutions and the evolving needs of the fast-paced modern market.Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to support the end-to-end loan application process. This role focuses on document collection, accurate data entry, and ensuring all application requirements are complete and compliant. Experience with MyCRM (Loan Market CRM platform) is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Collect, review, and organize client documents for loan applicationsEnsure all required documents are complete and meet compliance standardsAccurately enter client and loan information into the CRM systemMaintain and update records in MyCRM or similar platformsFollow up with clients, brokers, or relevant parties for missing informationMonitor application progress and keep records up to dateSupport the team in meeting processing timelines and service standardsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or similar roleExperience using MyCRM (Loan Market) is highly preferredStrong data entry skills with high attention to detailFamiliarity with loan documentation and basic compliance requirementsGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Work Arrangement & Expectations:This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client workReflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)Originally posted on Himalayas
