This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service expertise in a fast\-paced, engaging environment. **Duties** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring clear and helpful communication. * Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and account management. * Provide personalized solutions by analyzing customer needs and offering suitable options or recommendations. * Maintain detailed records of interactions, including chat logs and customer feedback, using data entry skills. * Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. * Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards during all interactions. * Support outbound efforts by following up on unresolved issues or conducting follow\-up chats as needed. **Skills** * Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively. * Strong sales aptitude to promote products or services during interactions. * Bilingual proficiency in English and additional languages enhances communication reach. * Proven experience in customer support or call center environments demonstrates readiness for the role. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple chats simultaneously. * Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, chat platforms, and computer systems. * Outstanding communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of information. * Familiarity with data entry, analysis skills, and cash handling processes is a plus. * Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor in high\-pressure situations.
