**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified 1099 Licensed, Longevity, and Functional Medicine Prescriber to join our innovative healthcare team. Receiving roughly 20 per day. **Responsibilities** * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, vital signs measurement, and physical examinations utilizing advanced clinical evaluation techniques. * Prescribe and oversee customized treatment plans incorporating longevity protocols, functional medicine approaches, and integrative therapies aligned with patient goals. * Administer or supervise procedures such as IV infusions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and other minimally invasive aesthetic interventions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care involving chronic disease management, pain management strategies, behavioral health support, and senior or hospice care. * Maintain meticulous medical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations using EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks; ensure accurate CPT coding and ICD\-10/ICD\-9 coding for billing purposes. * Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, medication administration, and health coaching techniques to enhance long\-term wellness. * Stay current with clinical research developments in areas such as infectious disease care, trauma response at Level I/II trauma centers, neonatal and pediatric care including PICU and neonatal ventilator management. **Requirements** * Valid licensure in the following states as a healthcare provider (MD, DO, NP, PA) with appropriate certifications for prescriptive authority under 1099 arrangements. **FL, MI, OH, TX or a combination of the following** * Proven experience in functional medicine or longevity\-focused practice environments; familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable. * Demonstrated expertise in procedures such as suturing, catheterization, phlebotomy, injection administration (including dermal fillers and Botox), and sterile processing techniques. * Knowledge of advanced medical systems including Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner or similar EMR/EHR platforms; proficiency in CPT coding and ICD coding (ICD\-10/ICD\-9\). * Experience working across diverse settings such as hospitals (in
