This entry\-level position is well\-suited to a recent accounting graduate seeking to build practical, hands\-on experience in a professional bookkeeping environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our existing team, learning established processes and taking ownership of the day\-to\-day detail work required to keep client accounts accurate and current. **What You'll Do** * Categorize transactions and perform data entry across client accounts * Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate, organized records * Apply foundational accounting principles (debits, credits, general ledger basics) to day\-to\-day work * Support light analytical tasks as you grow into the role * Follow established firm workflows and procedures * Participate in a structured onboarding program designed to ramp you up on our processes, clients, and tools **What We're Looking For** * Accounting degree * Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals — debits, credits, and how they roll up into financial statements * Highly detail\-oriented; comfortable with repetitive, precision\-driven work * Task\-oriented and reliable, with a friendly, collaborative personality * QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you * Comfortable working remotely and communicating proactively with a distributed team **Compensation \& Logistics** * Salary up to $50,000, commensurate with experience * Remote position * Computer provided * Structured onboarding program to set you up for success * Opportunity to participate in retirement plan Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On\-the\-job training * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Work from home Work Location: Remote
