Medical Transcriptionist

Jade Paints LLC is seeking an experienced **Medical Transcription Liaison** for a proposed federal Health Information Management (HIM) support services contract supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center. This is an **anticipated full\-time, remote position** supporting the coordination and oversight of medical dictation and transcription services. The selected candidate will serve as a key operational liaison and help ensure transcription workflows are accurate, timely, organized, and responsive to contract requirements. **What You'll Do** * Serve as a primary operational liaison for medical dictation and transcription services * Coordinate transcription workflows and help monitor required turnaround times * Communicate with transcription personnel, Jade Paints management, and appropriate NIH stakeholders * Assist with identifying and resolving workflow, quality, and service issues * Support medical transcription quality assurance and operational reporting * Help maintain compliance with applicable privacy, confidentiality, security, and healthcare documentation requirements * Support continuity of transcription operations, including urgent and time\-sensitive requirements Minimum Qualifications * Minimum **3 years of direct experience in electronic medical transcription services** * Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation * Experience working with electronic medical transcription workflows and systems * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflows and resolve operational issues * Ability to work independently in a remote professional environment * Ability to meet applicable federal background, security, privacy, and confidentiality requirements **Preferred Experience** * Medical transcription editing and/or quality assurance * Speech\-recognition\-supported transcription workflows * Hospital, academic medical center, or clinical research environments * Pathology and specialized medical report transcription * Coordinating remote transcription personnel or operations * Experience supporting federal healthcare environments **Compensation \& Benefits** Jade Paints LLC intends to offer a **competitive compensation and benefits package** appropriate to the position's experience and responsibilities.
