We are seeking an experienced Executive Compensation & Equity Partner to support the administration, analysis, and governance of compensation programs for our Vice President and above population. Reporting to the Executive & Equity Compensation Director, this role will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounting teams to support executive compensation and equity programs, provide market insights, and help ensure programs are administered effectively and consistently.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in compensation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders while handling sensitive information with discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Compensation Analysis & SupportSupport market benchmarking and competitive analysis for VP+ rolesAssist with evaluating executive pay positioning and compensation program effectivenessPrepare analyses and reports to support executive compensation decisions and annual compensation planning activitiesMonitor market trends and emerging compensation practicesEquity Program Administration & AnalysisSupport the administration of executive and broad-based equity programsCoordinate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Stock Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of equity transactionsPrepare equity analyses, including grant tracking, dilution reporting, and scenario modelingMaintain equity program documentation, guidelines, and process materialsAssist with equity-related communications and education materialsCompensation Programs & ProjectsPartner with the broader compensation team on initiatives related to job evaluation, job architecture, and global career frameworksSupport the development and maintenance of compensation structures and salary ranges across global marketsParticipate in compensation projects that improve program effectiveness, consistency, and scalabilityGovernance & ComplianceSupport executive compensation disclosures and reporting requirementsSupport compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and compensation governance practicesMaintain accurate compensation and equity data, documentation, and recordsAssist with audits, reporting requirements, and data requests as neededQualifications7+ years of compensation experience, including experience supporting executive compensation and/or equity programsKnowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, and compensation program administrationExperience working with equity compensation programs and related analysesStrong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and compensation reporting toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalismStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat Sets You ApartCuriosity and a desire to learn complex compensation and equity conceptsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to translate data into clear and actionable insightsCollaborative approach and willingness to partner across functionsComfort working with executive-level stakeholders and sensitive informationCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
