**Job Title:** Business Analyst with QA Experience **Location:** Philadelphia, PA \| Remote (1–2 Days/Month Onsite) **Type:** Contract \| 12 Months Should be Eligible for Security clearance **Position Overview:** Business Analyst responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating process and data flow documentation, coordinating with developers for implementation, and supporting testing including UAT and post\-deployment support. Role also includes application testing responsibilities. **Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document business and software requirements from stakeholders * Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and test cases * Communicate requirements clearly with developers, testers, and stakeholders * Create process flows, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, swim lanes, wireframes, and related documentation * Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams * Conduct walkthroughs, user acceptance testing (UAT), and requirement validation * Create training materials, train end users, and provide post\-release support * Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business goals * Perform functional and regression testing as needed * Convert business requirements into test cases and testing scenarios * Support projects independently and within cross\-functional teams **Requirements** * Strong experience in business analysis and QA/testing activities * Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements * Strong knowledge of UAT, functional testing, and regression testing * Experience creating diagrams, workflows, and wireframes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work with stakeholders, developers, business analysts, and testers effectively * Experience working on complex projects with demanding timelines * Ability to work independently from project initiation through completion **Technical Skills** * SharePoint Online (Office 365\) * Microsoft Teams * GitLab or other Git repositories * JIRA * Balsamiq or similar design tools * Microsoft Visio For more details reach at **resumes@navitassols.com**
