Vice President of Human Resources- HealthcarePart-Time | 12-Month EngagementWe are seeking an experienced Vice President of Human Resources for a part-time, 12-month engagement. This individual will serve as a senior HR leader and trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on support across the organization.Key Responsibilities Provide senior-level HR leadership and counsel to the executive team. Lead and support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and reductions in force (RIFs). Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements. Oversee and evaluate employee benefits, compensation, and HR programs, balancing employee needs with financial considerations. Partner closely with Finance and executive leadership on headcount planning, budgeting, compensation, benefits costs, and workforce-related financial decisions. Advise leadership on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and change management. Help strengthen HR processes, policies, and infrastructure while maintaining a practical, hands-on approach. Ideal BackgroundThe successful candidate will be a seasoned HR executive with broad leadership experience and strong knowledge of employment law, RIFs/restructuring, benefits, compensation, and the financial aspects of human resources.
