Job Description
**Job Summary**
A growing, family\-led construction company is seeking a highly capable **Executive Assistant** to support day\-to\-day operations and bring structure, organization, and accountability across key areas of the business. This role will play a critical part in keeping projects, financial processes, and internal communication running smoothly.
This is a full\-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys supporting leadership by managing details, coordinating workflows, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Construction or field\-based industry experience is preferred.
**Duties**
* Manage and maintain CRM systems while supporting cross\-department coordination
* Build, document, and maintain SOPs across departments (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Track and update KPI dashboards across sales, marketing, production, and client services
* Support project management processes and daily production coordination
* Assist with billing, collections, and payroll\-related tasks
* Support AR/AP functions and financial tracking processes
* Coordinate communication across internal teams and with clients
* Maintain and strengthen client and customer relationships
* Organize internal meetings, take notes, and ensure follow\-ups are completed
* Support software adoption and usage, especially for field teams
* Maintain operational spreadsheets and reporting systems
* Create simple visual systems to help organize workflows and client interactions
* Act as a central point of coordination to keep operations aligned and on track
**Skills**
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Experience in executive support, operations support, or project coordination
* Construction or field\-based industry experience preferred
* Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
* Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, Monday.com, QuickBooks, and communication platforms
* Ability to follow and help improve structured processes and workflows
* Basic understanding of financial processes (billing, payroll support, AR/AP)
* Clear and professional communication skills
* Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks independently
* Proactive mindset with strong follow\-through
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast\-moving environment
Pay: $30\.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
