Senior Director, Finance

Position Purpose: Direct, negotiate and handle activities of the business units finance, accounting and analysis functions. Responsible for leading the G&A function. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports ensuring requirements are metLead G&A function Interpret financial reports for management team. Review, communicate, and present strategic plans, operating budgets and forecasts Provide financial plan for performance variances, operating alternatives, program and investment initiativesMonitor and analyze business processes and systems to ensure data and system integrityDetermine targets and measures ensuring alignment with business unit and corporate objectives, evaluate effectiveness and recommend updates as neededServe as the point of contact for corporate and business unit functions regarding financial mattersDirect support activities and timely information related to sales and account management to drive profitabilityEnsure optimization and accurate reporting of various financial related mattersEducation/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Experience in public accounting, operations, information systems and health care or insurance preferred.
