Youll develop content that helps us land enterprise logos, support sales conversations, and position us as the authority in corporate English learning across Asia and Latin America.This is not a write 10 blog posts a month role. Youll shape narratives for CHROs, are responsible for driving all content assets that amplify that brand across regional markets and collaborate on ABM campaigns. Help us punch above our weight with content that drives both brand and pipeline.What you will do:Create and manage high-impact content that is genuinely engaging for our audiences: case studies, whitepapers, playbooks, landing pages, video scripts, snackable content, conference presentationOwn the B2B content calendar, across personas, funnel stages, and regions and oversee content production timelinesShape and evolve our brand narrative to resonate with enterprise buyers (especially CHROs), staying abreast with market developments and the competitive landscapeHelp us break into new content formats that further nurture conversations and engage our audienceEnsure all content is aligned with SEO and conversion best practicesPartner with demand gen on content for ABM, paid and organic campaignsWork with regional marketers to localize and adapt content across SEA, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and Latin AmericaCollaborate with sales to create sales enablement assets (battlecards, ROI calculators, 1-pagers)Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance content creation and efficiencyWhat you bring:7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content, brand or product marketingExcellent written and verbal communication skills (bonus: video content chops)Ability to simplify complex ideas for HR leaders and business stakeholdersDeep understanding of SEO, conversion copywriting and brand messaging and familiarity with AEO/GEOExperience working closely with sales and regional marketersHands-on experience using content management systems (CMS) to publish and manage digital contentUnderstanding of digital marketing channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTubeSolid understanding of website traffic and engagement metrics, with working knowledge of tools like Google AnalyticsBonus: experience in HR tech, learning tech, or EdTechWhy You'll Love Working at ELSACompetitive compensation packageFree ELSA Premium membership to help you sharpen your English skillsInternational, collaborative, and high-energy work cultureBe part of a well-funded, fast-growing Silicon Valley startup, where innovation and agility are at the core of what we doOriginally posted on Himalayas
