Your ability to create cohesion and accountability enables leadership to remain focused on strategy, growth, and delivering value to clients.About the RoleThe Revenue Programs Specialist plays a key role in enabling the operating rhythm of Myriad360’s revenue organization. This is a highly execution-focused role, partnering closely with the CMO, CRO, and revenue leadership team to drive alignment, manage priorities, and ensure seamless coordination across marketing and sales. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating leadership forums, supporting internal events, and driving follow-through on key initiatives. This role acts as a force multiplier by driving coordination, execution, and accountability, allowing leadership to stay focused on strategic priorities while the organization operates with clarity and momentum.Must be based in the United States. Core ResponsibilitiesOperating Rhythm & Meeting ExecutionCoordinate revenue leadership meetings across sales, marketing, and executive teamsSupport and manage agendas aligned to prioritiesDrive pre-meeting preparation and collect materials in advanceExecution & AccountabilityTrack action items and strategic initiatives across the revenue organizationFollow up with stakeholders to ensure progress and completionMaintain visibility into key initiatives across marketing and salesReinforce accountability and ensure priorities continue moving forwardInternal Event CoordinationSupport logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and internal eventsCoordinate the Mid-Year Sales Conference in partnership with an external agencyAssist with SKO, leadership sessions, and marketing programsCross-Functional AlignmentPartner across marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs and materialsEnsure contributors are aligned and deliverables are completed on timeReduce friction and keep initiatives moving across teamsRevenue Leadership CoordinationManage complex calendars for the CMO and CRO, adapting as priorities evolveCoordinate internal and external meetings with clear logistics and expectationsOrganize incoming requests and ensure proper prioritizationCoordinate executive travel including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logisticsManage expense reporting and post-travel follow-upSpecial ProjectsSupport execution of initiatives led by the CMO, CRO, and revenue leadership teamAssist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership forumsKeep projects organized, on track, and progressing against deadlinesTools for SuccessMicrosoft OfficeSlack and internal collaboration toolsTravel and expense platformsExperience coordinating with vendors or event agencies is a plusKey AttributesStrong organizational and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughClear and confident communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, resourceful, and solutions-orientedStrong judgment and professionalismComfortable working with senior leadershipDesired Experience5+ years supporting senior leaders or revenue teamsExperience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholdersExperience coordinating leadership meetings or operating rhythmsExperience supporting internal events, conferences, or offsitesExperience working within sales, marketing, or revenue organizations preferred A Little About UsOur mission is to challenge and enable our employees to achieve great things.We live and breathe our core values:We Before Me: We demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions.
